Phil Waldner wasn’t expecting to see any humans on his ride to check his traps. He was 10 miles into the Manitoba back country on his snowmobile when he saw car tracks on the trail. Further along he came to a car that was bogged down in the mud and ice with two children and a senior man shivering. It turned out they had gotten lost, the car got stuck and the parents had left these guys there and started walking to find help. They had been there for more than 24 hours. Waldner hopped back on his snowmobile to go look for the parents, and they’re lucky he did, the temperature was 5º F. Phil gave each adult one of his layers and took all of them to a warming shed his riding club had built. Then set off the SOS beacon built into the little cabin: Other snowmobilers, the RCMP and an ambulance responded.
What does a Scotchman do when he’s cold?
He sits by the heater.
What does he do when he’s very cold?
He turns the heater on.
I don’t care about your opinion, left will always be cozy and warm and right will always be cold and bitter. That’s how the sink works
I always thought I hated sitting on cold toilet seats…Until I sat on a warm one
I made a video about having a cold, I didn’t expect it to go viral
