Road rage stalled…

Lawrence Kansas police got a call to come to a Road Rage incident… in a parking lot. “Upon arrival, the first officer finds two cars in a parking lot driveway. “The cars are facing each other. So Karen wants out of the parking lot, Chad wants in. BOTH OF THEM ARE REFUSING TO GET OUT OF THE OTHER ONES WAY.” When officers arrived they had been facing off for 20 minutes. Talking to either one of them yielded no accommodation. The responding officers asked the duty sergeant to come to the scene. He talked to both obstinate drivers and left throwing his hands up. Police jurisdiction was limited as the parking lot was private property and there was not violence involved. The responding officers tried one more time to talk both obnoxious drivers into some common sense, but the police became the object of both driver’s rage, so the cops left. As far as we know, both drivers are still in their cars in the driveway glaring at each other.

The judge asked the accused, “The witness says you neither slowed down nor tried to avoid the pedestrian.” Accused motorist said: “I took all precautions. I blew my horn and yelled at him.”

All my friends say I’m stubborn
but I refuse to believe them.

Why did Moses wander in the desert for 40 years. Because even back then men would not stop to ask for directions.
