Police in Lexington, North Carolina, arrived at the scene of a single car accident and immediately arrested the three occupants. The men were charged with robbing a pedestrian and a gas station attendant just minutes before the accident. The accident was caused by the driver’s attempt to make a speedy getaway at the same time that he was counting the stolen money.
