Tiger by the collar

You live in a nice neighborhood, but you really do not know everything about your neighbors. Sunday, you look out the front door and see a 400 pound tiger strolling across the lawns. If you are a policeman, you draw your gun to stop any mayhem. In the course of following that tiger with your pistol ready, a neighbor comes out and starts cussing at you saying, “Don’t shoot, “#&%$@”. Then he grabs the tiger by its collar and takes into the house across the street. Many of you are used to that, but the plot thickens. The guy renting the house across the street takes off with the tiger in his SUV and moments later the police are in hot pursuit. Victor Cuevas, was taken into custody late Monday. Police said he was already out on bond for a separate murder charge and now faces a charge of evading arrest. Police said the “whereabouts of the tiger are not yet known.” A lawyer for the alleged murderer, animal lover comes out to say his client did nothing wrong. “He’s not guilty of any crimes, he hasn’t done anything wrong, and he’s already been convicted.” There are more captive tigers (5,000) in the U.S. than in the wild (3,900), according to the World Wildlife Fund.
