Police say a group broke into an abandoned Houston home to smoke marijuana and quickly discovered they weren’t alone — there was a tiger in the house watching them. The frightened woman called police and they discovered a 350 pound tiger in a cage apparently being kept there as a pet. The tiger was healthy and there were bags of fresh meat around for the cat to eat. Houston does  not allow tigers to live in regular homes. The tiger was taken to an animal shelter.

In Africa there is an old story: There was a lion and water buffalo and the tiger decided he was the better animal attacked and then ate the buffalo. He was so proud of his accomplishment that he stood up tall and roared and roared for all the world to hear. The hunter’s heard the roar came and killed the tiger. The moral of the story: When you are full of bull, keep your mouth shut.

This Detroit neighborhood is getting so bad that we had an incident at the zoo. A tiger got out of its cage and was mauled by several people in the neighborhood before it could get back to safety.

Natural selection?? Why is the 500 pound magnificent, killing machine, the Bengal Tiger endangered and the puny, ugly mosquito is not?

A lion would never cheat on his wife. But a Tiger Wood.
