Oppressed Florida women revolt

Kristin Mittelstadt, a 35-year-old woman from Frostproof, FL likes to drive fast cars. Deputies stopped her when they noticed her “swaying left of the middle of the roadway” in a Mustang convertible, according to an arrest affidavit. When they attempted to pull Mittelstadt over, she reportedly sped up and began a pursuit. Kristin had been recently arrested for knowingly driving without a license and fleeing to elude the police. However, she paid her bail and was released. So, what did she do? Well she hopped into a silver Ford Mustang and went for a drive, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. She must have had a bit of a lead foot, because the sheriff’s deputy tried to stop her. She put the pedal to the metal and sped off from the cops (twice) in a reckless dash until the cops managed to stop her vehicle. “Due to the driver’s reckless disregard for other motorists, a deputy found a safe area and immobilized the vehicle with a PIT maneuver,” the release said.

Kristin was removed from the vehicle and arrested on charges of fleeing to elude, possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and knowingly driving while license suspended/revoked. The release noted that her license has been suspended since 2009. “Kristin told deputies that she fled because she knew that if she got caught, she would likely be going to jail for a long time,” the release said.

She was really, really angry and …

Deltona deputies responded to a vandalism call overnight along Gramercy Drive about a “young woman spray-painting a vehicle.” Upon arrival to the area, deputies found a woman — later identified as Evelina Fabianski, 18 — and a 16-year-old girl, the latter of whom had yellow spray paint on her sweatpants, investigators added. “When questioned, Evelina admitted she was upset with her ex-boyfriend and decided to spray-paint and throw eggs at what she thought was his vehicle.” According to the arrest affidavit, Fabianski told deputies that her ex-boyfriend owed her around $700, which is what spurred the act of vengeance. Deputies also explained that they’d caught the woman driving with two open containers of Four Loko in plain view. The sheriff’s office provided News 6 with body-camera footage of the encounter, which can be viewed. “Unfortunately, the vehicle in question belonged to a neighbor, not her ex-boyfriend.”

However, it turned out that the car’s actual owner had just parked across the street, leading to the misunderstanding, the affidavit reveals. The damage to the car reportedly tallied up to an estimated $5,000. As a result, the 18-year-old was arrested and now faces charges of criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol under 21 and DUI. She was released Wednesday afternoon on bond. Meanwhile, the 16-year-old faces a charge of possession of marijuana over 20 grams after deputies said they found the drugs in her bag. In addition, deputies said they recovered an empty Crown Royal bottle, a scale, and a can of yellow spray paint.

Fun Florida Women

A Florida woman called 911 because she was locked inside her car.  The unidentified woman was parked at a Walgreen’s store in Kissimmee. “My car will not start. I’m locked inside my car,” the unidentified woman said. “Nothing electrical works. And it’s getting very hot in here, and I’m not feeling well.” The dispatcher then suggested pulling up the door lock button. The woman tried it and was successfully able to open the door.

The pregnant lady sitting across from me laughed.
“What is it?” I asked.
“Oh its nothing, just my baby doing standup.”
“Really?” I inquired. “What did he say?”
“You won’t get it.” She laughed.
“It’s an inside joke.”

Her talent was carjacking.

Later on in the segment, Jost introduced a news story about police being called to a Florida Walmart: “After employees found an alligator in the break room when he should have been greeting people at the door.”
