Korean Kat House Christmas

Who knew Korean cats celebrate Christmas? From the pictures they like to dress up and hang out with not only furry friends, but even people. Park Seo-Young opened the Catgarden cafe in 2016 to take in cats rescued off the streets or that were the subjects of failed adoptions, a situation that has worsened this year. Don’t be afraid, in Seoul where you can cuddle up to around 130 feline friends at tables decked out with tiny Christmas trees. “Whenever I hear about abandoned cats, it really hurts me,” Park added, urging those who adopt cats to take responsibility for them for their entire lives. The Catgarden cafe business itself has been hit this year by the coronavirus pandemic.  “On Christmas Day, I’m having a chicken breast party for my cats,” Park said.

Lunch with the feline bunch

My boss came to me at lunch: “Where the hell have you been? I’ve been trying to find you all morning!”
I shrugged and said: “Good employees are hard to find.”

With the cutbacks at our company everyone was doing more work in the same amount of time. My supervisor handed me another task to complete and I said, “I do not know how I can get this done. I am already doing two people’s work and I am overloaded.”
His reply was, “Work through lunch.” I responded, “I already work through lunchtime.” His rejoinder, “Then take a longer lunch.”

I just had lunch with a champion chess player
Took her 8 minutes to pass the salt.
