37-year-old Ms. Tram Nguyen was out driving over the weekend and may have been a little careless at a stop sign in a drug neighborhood. Unfortunately for her there was a police car watching that intersection and they lit her up and pulled her over. When the officer and his canine came to the driver’s window and asked for her license and insurance canine Kyro alerted at the front wheel of the car. A little poking around under the hood of the car produced several plastic bags of marijuana. The officer asked Tram to get out of the car and asked her to explain what she was going to do with so much marijuana. Tram could not come up with a believable explanation, so the officer asked her to sit in the back of his car as they waited for a female officer to search her and another witness for the car search. Tram had a problem. The marijuana was already exposed, but she had several plastic bags of methamphetamine in her underwear. So while the officer talked on the radio and stood outside, she secretly worked the drugs out of her underwear and pushed them under the seat in front of her.

Problem solved Tram hoped. When the female office and the search team arrived, the arresting officer saw something that looked strange with the prisoner. While Tram was being searched by the female… officer #1 rewound the video of the back seat from the dashboard, saw the attempt at hiding and pulled the baggies out to complete the arrest. Tram is now up on all the drug charges and being held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on a $160,000 bond. Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly: “She thought she could outsmart our deputies, but our team and technology stays ahead of the offenders.

That Doesn’t Make It OK

Andrew Bhagwandeen, 34, was initially pulled over for not having a license plate on his car, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. But he drove off when he saw the flashing lights then again as several patrol cars attempted to box his vehicle in. Andrew allegedly fled law enforcement three separate times during the same traffic stop.” Dashcam footage  (below) from the incident shows the Suspect evade the box in a second time car slip by a deputy’s car in front of it before continuing down Renfroe Avenue in Dover. Ultimately Andrew crashed into a wrought iron fence which disabled the car. The suspect then decided to run away but was not as fast the officers behind him. One deputy’s body-worn camera video then captured the moment another law enforcement officer apprehended Florida Man. As other deputies arrived and assisted Andrew was wrestled to the ground and cuffed hands and feet, Saying “I’m sorry,” several times.

After calming down Andrew asked,  “What did I do wrong?” As a deputy walked him back to the patrol car, Bhagwandeen said: “I wasn’t trying to run, bro.” What was particularly interesting is officers found a female sitting in the car who claimed she had begged to be let out before the first attempt at fleeing but the perp refused. So now the Florida Man’s long list of charges includes kidnapping. Bhagwandeen was charged with six misdemeanors and nine felonies. The charges include felony kidnapping, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance and criminal mischief.

When my employer asked if I had a criminal record…
I guess “highest number of robberies in an hour” wasn’t the answer he was looking for.

Halfway to my dream of being a criminal lawyer!
Now, I just have to work on the lawyer part.

What do you call a criminal who laughs at everything you say?

Judging from everything I’ve seen in the news…
Florida Man is the worst superhero ever.
