Cambodia broke the world record for the longest dragon boat, previously held by China according to Guinness World Records. Prey Veng governor, Chea Somethy said the 87.3-meter-long,( 271 foot) 1.94-meter (7 foot) wide boat can accommodate 179 rowers. It was decorated with a dragon’s head on its bow and a swan’s tail at its stern. He said 14,000 people had helped finance the boat. Cambodia also holds the world’s record for largest sticky rice cake, weighing 4.04 tonnes and longest handwoven scarf, 1,149.8 meters (3564 feet) long.

A Chicago man has set a new Guinness Book world record for the longest Ferris wheel ride. He went 48 hours, 48 hours straight riding the Ferris wheel in Chicago’s Navy pier. In fact, the only way to go around and around in circles that many times is to read the official report on Benghazi.

A woman went into labor and gave birth to her son in a record 2 minutes! Later that day a nurse goes to check on the new mother. She tells the mother congratulations and exclaims “I can’t believe how fast he came!” The mother replies, “Like father like son.”

I didn’t quite get into the Guinness World record book by smashing up music albums, but I broke a lot of records.

My neighbor’s in the Guinness book of records. He’s had 44 concussions. He lives very close to me, in fact it’s just a stone’s throw away.
