Judgement Free Fitness

A man at a Planet Fitness in New Hampshire took off all his clothes and began doing yoga in the buff. Eric Stagno, 34, was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness and disorderly conduct at a New Hampshire gym chain location. When officers arrived, they said they found Stagno in his birthday suit in a yoga-type position. The only comment he made was that he thought it was a “Judgment-Free Zone” referencing their slogan, police spokesman, Morgan said.

Caught up in the fitness craze, I joined a club that offered a reasonably priced membership. Although I never went, a year later I hurried back to renew. “Do you guys have a name for people like me who join and never show up?” I jokingly asked the well-muscled man behind the counter. “Sure,” he responded with a grin. “Profit.”

I don’t always go to the gym, but when I do, I make sure Facebook knows about it.

No time for gym? Please tell me how you watch 3 hours of TV every night.

I do two hours of cardio every day, but I still need to find the closest parking spot to the gym.
