The Phoenix Suns stepped up to help a heartbroken Tucson boy after his mother posted a photo of her son alone at his birthday pizza party. Sil Mazzini said she invited over 30 children from Teddy’s school to attend his birthday party at Peter Piper Pizza, but no one showed up. When the NBA’s Phoenix Suns saw the posted photo, they decided to brighten Teddy’s day. The Suns invited 6-year-old Teddy to attend Wednesday’s game against the Lakers. Teddy also has tickets to the Friday game when he will be given a personalized Phoenix Suns jersey.

Worried over what to get his girlfriend for a birthday present, the teenage boy asked, “Mom, if you were going to be 16 tomorrow, what would you want?” His mother with a faraway look in her eye replied: “Not another thing son, not another thing.”

My girlfriend isn’t talking to me. She said I ruined her birthday. I’m not sure how. I didn’t even know it was her birthday.

While on a trip mom realized that she had forgotten a present for dad’s birthday. “That’s okay,” he said. “The only thing I want from you is for you to love honor and obey.” Mom thought about it for a while and replied, “I’d rather buy you a present.”

The best way to remember your wife’s birthday is to forget it once.
