A parked food truck abruptly exploded in an Oregon parking lot. The Buck Buck Food Truck was parked outside Oakshire Brewing Public House in the Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene was caught on video by a security camera when it exploded. The cart was destroyed by the blast and the force damaged three nearby buildings. It blew of the door of the Brew House and broke the beer taps and squirted beer all around the bar. No jalapenos were destroyed during this event.
