Hurricane Dorian was powerful…how powerful was it? Powerful enough to blow 20 cows and 28 horses off Cedar island into the channel next to the North Carolina mainland. The horses have never been heard from and the rancher was looking for the cow carcasses to wash up on the beach. Instead, of the 20 lost cows, three were found munching on a nearby island, just like Gilligan and the gang. The castaway cows managed to swim five miles to a barrier island, where they then survived by grazing and drinking off the land off the land. The survivors can be returned to their home island if the owner wants to pay for the vet and the truck.

Why do hurricanes get lousy names, like Sandy? Name that thing Hurricane Death Megatron 900 and I guarantee folks will be evacuating like they need to.

We should just name hurricanes after politicians. That way we wouldn’t have to worry about them actually coming through with anything.
