Slow pizza, Big bucks

Anita Snyder waited so long for her pizza that she walked down the strip to the London Drugs at Morgan Crossing, British Columbia to kill some time. “The woman clerk said there was a new $30 Weekly Pack for all the draws, (a gang ticket for multiple contests) so I thought I’d try it,” Snyder said. She used the BCLC’s app to scan her ticket after the June 26 BC/49 drawing and discovered she had matched all six numbers, earning a $1,530,400 jackpot. “The only reason I scanned the ticket was because I was changing my purse before I left for lunch,” she said.

Leonardo’s pizza in Ohio narrowly escaped being robbed because the jumpy gunman slipped on a patch of grease from a pizza dropped earlier in the evening. The robber hit the floor and knocked himself unconscious.
