So much for global Warming

So much for global Warming

From a heatwave to snow storms, parts of Italy and Austria have seen a dramatic shift in weather over the weekend. At Obertauern, a ski resort in Salzburg, almost 10 inches of snow fell with temperatures dropping to 30 degrees. In Schladming in northwest Austria, between 10 and 12 inches of snow fell. The snow in parts of Austria and Italy follows weeks of a prolonged heatwave that hit Europe with temperatures rising as high as 86 F degrees in Austria this week.

Actually, all this snow is not that bad. Today I can say that my lawn looks just as good as my neighbor’s.

Mankind should learn a lesson from the snowflake. No 2 of them are alike, and yet observe how well they cooperate on major projects such as tying up traffic.

A state surveyor did a new survey of Ole’s farm in southern Minnesota and discovered that the farm was actually in Iowa, which pleased Ole —- he would never again have to go through another of those terrible Minnesota winters!
