Uber Buggy revolutionizing transportation
A pioneer in the personal service business is Timothy Hochstedler from Colon, Michigan. He created Amish Uber. Since the Amish do not use electronic devices, he rides around the area with a sign on his buggy that says: “Amish Buggy Rides $5”. Tim drives a circuit around town and folks wait for him to come around and hail him from the curb and he takes them where they want to go. Regulars and tourists love his personal service.
Sign behind an Amish carriage:
“Energy efficient vehicle. Runs on grass and oats. CAUTION: Avoid exhaust!”
What is a Mennonite dilemma? Free beer.
Q: Did you hear about the Amish Flu?
A: There are only two symptoms. First you get a little hoarse, then you get a little buggy.

A stranger admired the animal browsing on the hillside drove around to the farmer and asked, “How much would it take for your cow?” The farmer scratched his head for a moment and then asked, “Are you a tax assessor or has she been killed by the railroad.”
