So easy, a 5 year old can do it

William Kelly is 5 years old and has been taking golf lessons. He was out the other day with his Grandfather at Springtree Golf Club in Sunrise, Florida. Things were going along normally when on the 13th hole, a 68 yard par 3, William lined up and had a great whack at the ball. Grandpa and some others waiting their turn watched in amazement as the ball took two bounces off the fairway, rolled to the pin and fell in the cup. William said he chose his 7 iron to make the shot most adults never achieve in their lifetime. Young William said his favorite golfer is Phil Mickelson and he hopes to play a round with him one day.

Par breaking humor

Golf is a game, invented by God to punish guys who retire early.

Many a golfer prefers a golf cart to a caddy because it cannot count, criticize or laugh.

The difference between a whiff and a practice swing is that nobody curses after a practice swing.

My doctor told me to play 36 holes a day, so I went out and bought a harmonica.

His golf is improving. He’s missing the ball much closer than he used to!
