Surprise! recognize that Tattoo anywhere

Quashon Burton and Jeff Andre both were at Walt Disney World and they both had to stand in a lot of lines. Eventually Jeff recognized Quashon from afar, both of them being from NYC and both being in the post office business. Jeff did not want to embarrass Quashon though who might not remember him, but Jeff spotted the fancy “H” neck tattoo right away. So Jeff called some “friends” who were in the neighborhood and made the introduction. After the new guys met Quashon there was discussion about not only his tattoo, but his names, the name he was traveling under and his fingerprints. See Jeff was a Federal Postal inspector on vacation. He was hanging out in the Florida amusement park’s Animal Kingdom when he saw Quashon Burton, who fled his Brooklyn home last November after being accused of fraudulently stealing $150,000 in coronavirus relief aid. Jeff’s friends were from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Police confirmed that Andre was a federal postal inspector and reviewed a photograph of Quashon before they confronted him an hour later as he waited at a bus stop in the parking lot with two of his family members. Quashon refused to provide his ID when a deputy asked and resisted arrest until the deputy took him down to the ground. He refused to admit he was Quashon Burton even after fingerprints proved his true identity.

Quashon was accused of stealing the identities of at least four people in order to fraudulently take out government PPP loans meant to help businesses struggling during the pandemic, according to the federal complaint. Prosecutors said Burton used an ATM to purchase money orders from a New York City post office to get the cash after the loans were approved. In total, he allegedly stole about $150,000 in other people’s federal loans. When law enforcement officers went to bust Burton at his home, he was nowhere to be found and was declared a fugitive. In the complaint, prosecutors noted that Burton “has clearly demonstrated an ability to mask his true identity to evade law enforcement. So too has he demonstrated a willingness to lie about his identity and use multiple identities to avoid arrest.” While at large, Burton allegedly continued to use fake identities — including the new name for his visit to Disney World. He was charged with resisting arrest and handed over into federal custody. Prosecutors in New York requested that Burton remain in custody, calling him “an extreme risk of flight.” On Thursday, Judge Lewis Kaplan from the Southern District of New York agreed and ruled he should be held without bail before his trial. None of the characters at Disney world were injured during the arrest.

Tattoo tells

I love women with tattoos
It shows a history of poor decision making which generally works in my favor.

I was at sea for a while and passing the galley heard a new recruit ask one of the kitchen workers, “What is the difference between a cook and a chef?” “Simple” answered his buddy, “A chef does not have tattoos.”

A little bit about me: I’m 6’3” with tattoos.
I’m 5’9” without.

Yesterday, I went to Temporary tattoo parlor and got a tattoo.
But it wouldn’t wash off this morning, so I went back to complain, but the tattoo parlor wasn’t there.
