Doggone Good delivery

The Botero family bought a neighborhood grocery in Columbia four years ago. The Botero children had begged for a dog for years leading, begrudgingly to adopting Eros the chocolate lab. Eros got his start in delivery routine by accompanying the Botero children as they made the grocery deliveries pre-COVID. Now Eros has his own large basket that he carries to many neighbor’s houses to deliver their food. He is helping the neighborhood maintain social distancing while delivering fresh produce and groceries. According to the CDC, a few dogs and cats worldwide have contracted COVID-19, but seem at low risk to humans. So the chocolate lab with his basket is an ideal solution to neighborhood grocery deliveries. BTW, Eros does not leave until he gets a dog biscuit tip.

Jokes for Smart dogs

After a talking Sheepdog gets all the sheep in the pen, he reports back to the farmer: “All 40 accounted for.” “But I only have 36 sheep,” says the farmer. “I know,” says the Sheepdog. “But I rounded them up.”

I saw a sign on shop door that said, ‘Guide Dogs Welcome’. I walked in and was greeted by a Labrador who thanked me for shopping and took my coat.

I know another dog who goes and sits in the corner every time the doorbell rings. He’s a boxer.

When your children are teenagers, it’s important to have a dog so that someone in the house is happy to see you.
