Nice quiet neighborhood

Madison Kohout, 19, told Insider.com she was moving from Oklahoma to Arkansas and was searching for a two-bedroom apartment online. Her mother suggested this place with a “super spacious” apartment that was listed at $350 a month, Kohout said she signed the lease without looking at it in person and moved in days later. “The first week of moving here was crazy! I was busy with finding a job and setting up my apartment, I didn’t even notice! I thought it was a bit weird that all of my neighbors were significantly older than me.” Then she noticed the “Retirement Home” sign outside her building. “But one major perk is that I can play music whenever I want to because some of them can’t hear. Another fun thing is whenever I get to come home after a long day, everyone asks me how I’m doing. That’s how my life is going here,” she adds. “And just remember if you’re struggling with rent, start your early retirement.”

Housing for seniors

A new retirement home opened up in the community with separate floors for men and for women. After the first few weeks of being open all the residents were called into the recreation room so staff could explain the rules. It was emphasized that after hours there would be no men on the women’s floor or women on the men’s floor and anyone caught violating the rule would be fined $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense, and $100 for the third offense. A hand went up in the back of the room followed by the question: “How much for a season pass?”

The walls of my apartment are so thin.
I asked my wife a question and got four different answers.

I told my psychologist I am scared off living in tall buildings.
Apparently, it is an Apartment Complex.

John was excited to move into his new condo which was exactly below Dwayne Johnson’s apartment. But soon he became ignorant & oblivious to things happening around him. Why?
Because John was living under The Rock.
