Creating his own Luck

Carter Wilkerson,19 from Reno, Nevada wanted to make his own luck. When Wendy’s was attacked by the cancel culture for some post on their twitter site they started a campaign to buff up their reputation. Carter was willing to jump in and posed the challenge: How many tweets do I have to get re-tweeted on your site to win a year’s supply of chicken nuggets? The Wendy’s gang said, “OK smart guy, 18 million retweets.” The record at that time was held by TV star at 3.18 million. Carter tweeted and begged for retweets. Even the soon to be dethroned star asked her followers to retweet Carter. Eventually Carter got 3.2 million retweets and became the reigning champion of the world. Wendy’s generously gave Carter his prize even though he was a little short of the 18 million.

A huge controversy starts
just with one little tweet

It was said that a million monkeys at a million keyboards could produce the complete works of Shakespeare. Today, thanks to Twitter, we know that is not true.

Today is 3 wks in quarantine w/o sugar. Walking 3 miles a day, no meat, dairy or flour! I feel great! No alcohol & vegan diet! A 2 hr home workout everyday. Lost 14 lbs & gained muscle mass!
I have no idea whose tweet this is but I’m proud of them so I decided to copy & paste it!
