Bearly burgled
Deedee Mueller decided not to close the back door while she was taking a nap on Sunday. While she was snoozing, a local brown bear wandered onto the deck and had a drink from their fountain and decided to explore the house. When one of her dogs suddenly ran into the room and started barking, her other dog, also a small terrier, quickly followed after the first. The incident was caught on camera by Mueller’s security system. In the video below, the bear can be seen entering the house. The bear slowly walks around the kitchen, spending a lot of time near the fridge. At one point, the bear appears to react to something off screen then… Fortunately, the two little dogs scared off the much, much larger bear off. That woke Deedee up. Deedee posted, “Young bear visited our Pasadena hillside home and ventured into the house through open kitchen door. Our two small terriers Squirt and Mei Mei said “NO WAY.”
Don’t be alarmed
I used to sell security systems door to door, and I was really good at it.
If no one was home, i would just leave a brochure on the kitchen table.
The guy installing the new security system said we should upgrade because of the increasing crime rate.
Typical alarmist.
My security system was delivered today…
Someone stole it off the porch before I got home.
