That’s a big Teddy Bear

Joshua Dobson, a resident of Spotland in Greater Manchester, England, stole a car in May. He was wanted by the police. Josh also had a record for other car thefts and miscellaneous stealing. Police knew who they were after, but since he was not violent offender, they just waited for him to show up rather than do a hot pursuit. The local Manchester police visited his house several times to no effect. The officers were dogged though in their tracking of this wanted man. They found success at Josh’s girlfriend’s house. After they gained admission, they looked around for the lanky 6 foot man in the girl’s rooms. They did not find a man. But did encounter a very large stuffed Teddy bear in one corner of her bedroom. The unique part of the Teddy bear was… he seemed to be breathing. Upon poking and rolling the Teddy bear around guess who crawled out?  “Our neighborhood task force could bearely believe what they stumbled across.” they reported.

The police report included two pictures of the 5 foot tall stuffed toy taken from two different angles. A panicked Joshua had squeezed through a hole cut into the teddy’s bum and hid in there after officers showed up to search his girlfriend’s house. “He’s now stuffed behind bars after being sentenced last week for theft of a motor vehicle, driving while disqualified, and making off from a petrol station without payment.” Last week in court, the teen pleaded guilty to the charges of stealing a Mitsubishi ASX SUV, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and refusing to pay for fuel at a petrol pump. According to The Sun, he further admitted to theft of a Vauxhall Astra van in March, criminal damage as well as stealing a toolbox and two tablet computers. Manchester and Salford magistrates’ court handed the thief a ban on driving for 27 months and nine months in jail. “We community is more bearable time last week as were able to bring to justice one of the town’s thieves!” Manchester law enforcement.

A kindergarten student was having trouble putting on his boots, and asked his teacher for help. Even with her pulling and him pushing, the boots still didn’t want to go on. Finally they got both boots on. She grimaced when the little boy said, “They’re on the wrong feet.” Sure enough, they were. The teacher kept her cool as together they worked to get the boots back on – this time on the correct feet. The little boy then announced, “These aren’t my boots.” The teacher sighed and pulled the boots off. The boy then said, “They’re my brother’s boots. My mom made me wear them.” The teacher felt like crying, but she mustered up the strength to wrestle the boots back onto his feet. “Now,” she said, “where are your mittens?” The boy replied, “I stuffed them in my boots….”

A teddy bear sits down at a restaurant
The waiter asks, “Would you like anything?” The bear responds, “No, I’m stuffed.”

What’s the difference between a beautiful night and a horrible night?
Beautiful night is when you hug your teddy bear and go to sleep.
A Horrible night is…when your teddy bear hugs you BACK.
